1. The promoter of this prize draw is Mortgage Light.
2. The prize (for only ten winners) is: £50 Sainsbury’s voucher
3. The prize draw is open to people working and living in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas aged 18 years or over (except employees of the promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw).
4. There is no entry fee for the prize draw and no purchase necessary to enter it.
5. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. If multiple entries are received, only the first will be accepted
7. The opening dates for entries is 4^th April 2020. The closing date for entry will be 30^th April 2020. After that date, no further entries will be accepted.
8. To enter the prize draw, participants must do the following: [1] Nominate themselves or a friend, colleague or relative who has been helping the community and undertaking good deeds to help others in and around Milton Keynes, by tagging them in the post or emailing Mortgage Light with the subject ‘Here to Help nomination’ and [2] providing brief details of how the nominee is helping the community in 50 words or less.
9. The promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion if it becomes necessary to do so. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition
11. The prize is non-exchangeable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable
12. Winners will be selected by random draw [supervised by an independent person] on 1st May 2020.
13. The decision of the promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence with be entered into about it.
14. The winner will be notified by DM on via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or email, dependant on the channel they used to enter the prize draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner by random draw. The promoter will deliver the prize to the winner’s preferred address.
15. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a direct message to Mortgage Light via their official social media platform within [ten] days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw. Entrants are made aware that those details may be made available for such purposes under our legitimate interest in running the prize draw.
16. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees, and the promoter accepts no responsibility for use of the voucher to purchase any goods or services or its terms and conditions of use, or for any purchases made with it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.

19. This prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to it submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
