• The Facebook prize draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over (except employees of the promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw)
• There is no entry fee for the prize draws and no purchase necessary to enter it
• By entering these prize draws, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions
• Only one entry will be accepted per person per post. If multiple entries are received, only the first will be accepted
• To enter the prize draw, participants must do the following: Comment on the Facebook giveaway post for the item they want to win with why they’d like the product between 10am and midnight
• The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed because of technical fault of any kind or any other issue connected to any social media platform
• The promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion if it becomes necessary to do so. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition
• The prize is non-exchangeable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable
• Winners will be selected by random draw [supervised by an independent person] on the day after the giveaway post goes live
• The decision of the promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence with be entered into about it
• The winner will be notified by DM. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner by random draw. The promoter will deliver the prize to the winner’s preferred address, with an exception of the Christmas tree – which must be collected by the winner from the place of purchase.
