Michael joined the Mortgage Light team in 2019.

He began his property career in residential lettings, managing a number of offices for one of the UK’s largest agencies. Feeling his troubleshooting skills and personable nature would be put to even better use working directly with clients, he moved into mortgages and protection. At Mortgage Light, he works with a range of clients across a variety of specialisms and can turn his hand to any type of transaction.

Michael is passionate about books, jazz and old films that are just so bad they are good. When you meet him, prepare yourself for a collection of jokes which are (at Mortgage Light, at least), rated one out of five stars.

All of our brokers deal with the whole of the mortgage market. For us to take your application forward to a lender we charge an upfront administration fee of £349. For our returning customers looking to renew their mortgage product this fee reduces to £199. We also receive commission from the lender.
