James (or ‘Deaks’ as he is affectionately known by the team and his clients) joined the Mortgage Light team in early 2018. He brought a background of estate agency experience with him, starting his career as a negotiator for a Milton Keynes firm before working his way up to valuer.

Deaks has always had a passion for helping people purchase property, whether as a home or an investment. Providing a well-rounded service to clients, he specialises in the residential market and will guide you throughout your homebuying journey, from searching for your dream property to negotiating the right price.

For us to take your application forward to a lender we charge an upfront administration fee of £349. For our returning customers looking to renew their mortgage product this fee reduces to £199. We also receive commission from the lender.
